Terms of service

By placing an order through this website, you agree to these policies. Kneat Heaven Boutique sells handmade crochet and knitted goods. Small variations in stitch placement, colour placement and finishing are part of the handmade character of each item.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in United States dollars unless stated otherwise. Payment is processed by PayPal. Kneat Heaven Boutique does not receive or store your full card number or PayPal password.

Order acceptance

An order is accepted after payment is confirmed. If an item cannot be completed or an obvious pricing or product error occurred, the buyer will be contacted and the affected order will be cancelled and refunded.

Shipping policy

Website orders are shipped only within Canada and the United States. A complete and accurate name and shipping address are required. Orders are shipped to the address supplied through PayPal checkout. Buyers should check this information before approving payment.

Website products are made to order and normally processed within two business days. Shipping is free, and all items are shipped with tracking through Canada Post. Delivery time begins after dispatch and depends on the destination and postal service.

Returns and refunds

All sales are final. Kneat Heaven Boutique does not accept returns, exchanges or change-of-mind cancellations. Please review the product description, measurements, size selection and shipping address carefully.

This does not limit any remedy required under applicable consumer law when an item is defective, materially different from its description or sent in error.

Privacy policy

Kneat Heaven Boutique may receive the buyer's name, email, shipping address, selected product and options, order total, payment status and order messages. This information is used only to process and ship orders, provide customer service, prevent fraud, keep required business records and meet legal obligations.

Personal information is not sold. It is shared only when needed with services involved in the transaction or communication, including PayPal, Google Customer Reviews, Formspree, Tawk.to and postal or delivery providers, or when legally required.

After a completed website purchase, Google Customer Reviews may display an optional survey invitation. To provide this invitation and send the survey only when the buyer chooses to participate, Google receives the order number, buyer email, delivery country and estimated delivery date. Google handles this information under its privacy policy.

Google Analytics is used to understand website visits, traffic sources, device information and shopping activity, including product views, cart changes, checkout starts and completed purchases. Purchase tracking includes the order number, products, selected options, quantities and order value, but does not send the buyer’s name, email, shipping address or payment details to Google Analytics. Google may process identifiers and usage information under its privacy policy.

Google Analytics is optional and does not load until a visitor selects “Accept analytics.” Visitors may reject analytics without affecting shopping or checkout, and may change their choice later using the “Cookie preferences” button in the website footer. The choice is saved in the visitor’s browser.

Live-chat messages are handled through Tawk.to. Information submitted through live chat is used only to respond to enquiries and provide customer service.

PayPal processes payment information under its own privacy policy. Kneat Heaven Boutique does not see or store the buyer's full card number or PayPal password.
