All items in our store are made to order.
All orders ship within two weeks from the date of order.
All parcels are shipped through Canada Post.
Should you require a faster delivery, we will use Xpress Post or Fedex at an additional charge.
Returns, Refunds and Exchanges

If we receive an order from you and something is unclear, we will email you and ask you to clarify.
Should you not reply to the email, the item will be made as we understand it.
